This program is a “Do it Yourself” program with group support in our facebook group. You won’t meet face to face with your coach but will have them put together workouts and recipes for you to help your journey.

The ideal client for this program is someone who is confident in doing things on their own and doesn’t feel like they need a trainer watching them every session. They just want great programming and the tips from an experienced trainer and physiotherapist to guide their progress.
